Workflows is a subscription automation builder that you can use to automate retention offers and routine tasks within Ordergroove and across your email and SMS tools. Workflows watches for events in your subscription program, like a new subscription, a recurring order or a cancellation, and runs the steps you set up in response. You build each Workflow from triggers, logic and actions, on one visual canvas.
To use Workflows, it needs to be turned on for your store, and you need the Workflow Admin permission. Once it's on, open Workflows from the top toolbar in your Ordergroove Admin.
Availability and requirements
- Early Access. Workflows is in Early Access. Please fill out the Interest Form to get started.
- Permission. You need the Workflow Admin permission to view, edit and launch Workflows. This gets added automatically when accepted to Early Access.
- Email. Klaviyo and Attentive connect natively. Other email providers connect with a webhook. Marketing emails cannot be managed within Ordergroove Workflows. We recommend connecting to your marketing ESP via webhook, which will automatically manage opt-out lists.How Workflows are structured
