Please reach out to help@ordergroove.com or let your Ordergroove CSM know what fields you would like to include in your report from the list below. The subscription report will be uploaded daily onto the Ordergroove SFTP.
Customization
You can also add a filter to narrow the export down to a specific group of your subscriptions. Let Ordergroove know if you want to add a filter, here are a few common examples.
- Filter by Subscription Status: Live, Canceled, or All
- Only include recent subscriptions: Created less than X days in the past
- Only include older subscriptions: Created more than X days in the past
File Format & Available Fields
Your reports are generated as a CSV spreadsheet file containing the fields listed below. All reports follow the same naming convention: [client_name]_subscription_MMDDYYYYHHMMSS.csv.
