Customization
You can also add a filter to narrow the export down to a specific group of your subscriptions. Let Ordergroove know if you want to add a filter, here are a few common examples.
- Filter by Subscription Status: Live, Canceled, or All
- Only include recent subscriptions: Created less than X days in the past
- Only include older subscriptions: Created more than X days in the past
File Format & Available Fields
Your reports are generated as a CSV spreadsheet file containing the fields listed below. All reports follow the same naming convention: [client_name]_subscription_MMDDYYYYHHMMSS.csv.
