Alternate Payment Methods

Clients can enable alternate payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) for subscriptions by connecting to those providers directly. This functionality is dependent on the eCommerce platform, so please check with your team to determine feasibility.

Account Updater

Clients can enable a real-time check with their payment processor to retrieve updated account information for the consumer's payment method. This check will validate any account changes (e.g. card reissues due to fraud/loss/theft) ahead of order processing to mitigate failure and ensure order delivery. Clients can then update Ordergroove of any refreshed payment information by calling the Ordergroove REST APIs.

Product Recommendations - Vendor Integration

Use Ordergroove's data exports to make product recommendations to customers.

Subscription and Order Verification

POST requests to Ordergroove, indicating that a subscription or order has officially been created and verified on the Client side. This is often done as a fraud prevention mechanism.

Custom ESP Integration

Customers build their own bundles by choosing component SKUs based on preset business logic that defines bundle configuration and price.
