Cancel Flow Analytics empower you to see exactly what actions your subscribers perform during a cancel flow, how much revenue you're saving, and what subscribers do after they exit the flow.
In this guide, we'll go through the analytics and troubleshooting missing or incorrect data.
Accessing Cancel Flow Analytics
You can now track how your cancel flows are performing with a new analytics view, available as part of the Enhanced Cancel Flows alpha.
To access the view, go to Ordergroove > Analytics > Retention & Churn > Cancel Flow.
Viewing Cancel Flow Analytics
If your Subscription Manager is live and your theme version is v25.10.0 or later with Enhanced Cancel Flows enabled with multiple save tactics, you should see data appearing in the multiple charts inside the tab:
If you are on an older version of our Subscription Manager (v0 or pre-v25.9.0) that has fewer save tactics in the cancel flow:
You'll still see some data for subscriptions that started and completed the cancel flow, but other graphs may be blank due to not presenting certain save tactics to your customers. This is expected for the older versions of Subscription Manager & Cancel flows.
This chart shows only one save tactic because some older versions have "Skip" as the sole save tactic

Troubleshooting Missing or Incorrect Data
Cancel Flow analytics use tracking events that are set up by default in Ordergroove’s Subscription Manager (SM). However, you may see a warning on your Cancel Flow analytics graphs because of:
1. Code Customization
Custom code changes to your Subscription Manager's cancel flow are the primary culprit for missing or incomplete data. You may notice an empty chart if a default event is no longer being fired due to code customizations. If you've undergone code customization to your cancel flow, review Preserve Analytics Tracking while Customizing Subscription Manager Templates to ensure tracking events remain intact.
2. Low Volume
We display a warning if your subscription program has had no cancellations since its inception. This warning will automatically disappear once you go live or begin receive subscription cancellations.
3. Headless Subscription Manager
If you have a headless implementation of Ordergroove's Subscription Manager, you will not see data in this tab. This is because we rely on sending frontend tracking events native to Ordergroove's Subscription manager in order to populate the data here.
