Churn Intercept

The Churn Intercept function within the Anticipate AI feature enables Ordergroove to prompt a modal within the Subscription Management Interface 

When the Subscriber Dashboard Intercept has been enabled, you may customize specific options about how your customers are informed and what options those customers are provided.

• Prompt: The initial prompt provided to your customers, allowing them to opt in or out of the churn prevention protocol.

• Opted into Help: The text that your customers will see when they opt-in to the churn prevention option you provide.

To finalize these changes and make them available for your at-risk customers, click the Save button on the top-right of the screen.
