The Out of Stock drill down in your Analytics Overview dives into an overview of products marked as out of stock. You can view the total number of products and units out of stock, and the revenue and subscribers affected.
Filtering
- All of the metrics, charts, and tables can be filtered by specific product(s)
- The Top 10 Products Chart can display either:
- Top 10 Products by Revenue out of stock now
- Top 10 Products by Units out of stock now
1- Key Metrics
- Products out of stock now: The number of unique products that are currently marked as out of stock tied to orders that were sent for placement in the last 30 days. The percentage is a comparison of the number of products out of stock, compared to all products on orders sent for placement in the last 30 days.
- Units out of stock now: The total quantity of all items needed to fulfill orders that are out of stock right now. The percentage is the current number of units out of stock, compared to the total orders sent for placement in the last 30 days.
- Revenue impacted now: The total amount of revenue unplaced in the last 30 days due to out of stock products. This revenue isn’t lost, if these products come back you have a chance to recover some of this. The percentage is lost revenue compared to all revenue in a 30 day period.
- Subscribers impacted now: The total number of subscribers waiting for their item(s) to come back in stock right now. If the product becomes available within 30 days, we will automatically send the item to the subscriber. The percentage is subscribers waiting for at least one product to come back in stock compared to all subscribers with placed orders in the last 30 days.
2 - Top 10 Products by Revenue out of stock now chart
A chart showing products ranked by total unplaced revenue or unit quantity (based on your filter) for orders currently out of stock. Percentages reflect each product’s share of all out-of-stock units.
3 - All Products out of stock now Table
A list of all products that are currently out of stock, sorted by either the total unplaced revenue or total number of units based on your filter.
