User Permissions

When you create new users in Ordergroove, they are assigned a default set of permissions. These permissions determine which parts of the Ordergroove Admin users can view and interact with.

Additional Assistance

Note: For users accessing Ordergroove through Single Sign-On (SSO), permission management works differently. Due to SSO integration limitations, individual user permissions cannot be configured on a per-user basis, as SSO user information is not directly visible within Ordergroove.

If you have any questions or need to set up more specific permissions, please reach out to the Ordergroove support team and we'll be happy to help.
