The order report can be dropped onto the Ordergroove SFTP on a daily basis. The file can contain any of the fields detailed below. Please let your Ordergroove contact know if you need any of the fields removed (e.g., exclude PII for PCI compliance), or any of the non-default fields included.
The order report can be customized in the following ways:
- filtered by order status
- only include orders with a place date no longer than X days in the past
- only include orders with a place date more than X days in the past
