Your hash key is used to authenticate certain API calls and is part of the payment and credit card encryption process.
Note: Hash keys only apply to contracted, non-Shopify merchants.
Hash Key Regeneration
The sensitive nature of the scope granted by this key dictates a secure regeneration process in the event that it is compromised. If you need to regenerate this hash key for any reason, Ordergroove will work internally to reset your hash key.
Once reset, Ordergroove will drop a password-protected document on your SFTP containing the new Key and email you the new password to access the document.
