Customer Activity Log - Glossary

Ordergroove logs when an employee or a customer makes a change to a subscription, an order, or an item. Depending on the activity, we'll also log who made the change. 

 


Access the Activity Log

You can view a customer's activity log through Ordergroove.

  1. Log in to Ordergroove.
  2. Go to Data > Customers.
  3. Search for the customer with their ID, name, email, or phone number.
  4. Open up the customer's profile, and scroll down to the Recent activity section.
  5. Recent activity lists the four most recent changes. You can view a complete list with View All over to the right.

Subscription Activities

Subscription Started

When a new subscription is started, Ordergroove will create two new events in the Activity log.

Subscription Cancelled

When a subscription is canceled, Ordergroove will add this event to the activity log. We will specify if an admin made the cancellation within the app, and who it was.

Subscription Reactivated

When a customer reactivates an inactive subscription, we will log the subscription event as reactivated.

Subscription Updates

Use Payment For All

This event is logged when a customer decides to use one single payment method for all of their subscriptions.

Change Next Order Date

This event is logged when a customer changes their next order date.

Change Frequency

This event is logged when a customer changes the delivery frequency of their subscription.

Order Activities

Order Cancelled

This event is logged when an order is canceled. This could be initiated by the customer, or by Ordergroove if the order has failed to place a number of times in a row.

Order Reminder

Ordergroove can send an email reminder to your customer a few days before their upcoming order is about to be placed, depending on your settings.

Order Placed

This event is logged when an order is placed.

Item Removed from Order

This event is logged when a customer removes an item from an order.

Order Placement Error - Credit Card Issue

This event is logged when an order could not be placed because of a credit card issue.

Send Order Now

This event is logged when a customer chooses the send their order for placement immediately.

Instant Upsell - Item Converted to Subscription

This event is logged when a customer chooses to subscribe to an instant upsell one-time item.
