What To Do On Migration Day: Before The Migration

• Turn off your existing subscription program

  • Remove the code from your site which should at least include the enrollment offers and Subscription Management Interface.
  • Turn off order placement so that orders are not placed twice for subscribers that are migrated.
    
    

• Turn off ReCharge

• Turn on Ordergroove

  • Push your in-development front end experience to be live
    
    

• Create A Fresh Migration File

  • Now that the data is frozen in time, export and create a new migration file.
    
    

Note: Ordergroove is not able to process delta files on any changes made to subscriptions after they've been migrated into Ordergroove's system.
