We recommend accessing Ordergroove through Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop. However, if you prefer using Safari, please ensure that you have disabled cross-site tracking. Here are the steps to disable this setting:
- To disable cross-site tracking, open your Safari browser and navigate to Settings in the menu bar.
- In the Settings popup, navigate to the Privacy tab, and uncheck "Website tracking: Prevent cross-site tracking".
- Completely close and re-launch Safari.
- Return to your store's Shopify admin and open the Ordergroove app.
